A major France 2030 call for projects for the medical imaging sector
The "Digital Health" acceleration strategy is launching a call for projects exclusively dedicated to the medical imaging sector. Entitled to 90 million euros, its aim is tosupport the development and structuring of a sector of excellenceby stepping up the co-financing effort for both the development of new medical imaging equipment and innovative software or platforms.
This call for projects is aimed at start-ups and SMEs in the medical imaging sector whose project has a total expenditure base of over €2 million and an indicative duration of between 24 and 60 months.
The implementation of these projects may include industrial research phases as well as experimental development phases, prior to market launch. Developments more specifically targeted under this call for projects achieve, where this scale is applicable, a TRL level of between 7 and 9, and are based on previous work at a TRL level of between 4 and 6.
This call for projects is aimed at the development of new products for the pharmaceutical industry.
Particular attention will be paid to collaborative projects established in consortium with other companies, academics and/or healthcare players in response to the lack of structuring of the medical imaging industry in France.
The first shift will take place on March 28, 2023.
