Privacy policy
The data processed as part of this website by the Ministerial Delegate for Digital Health (hereinafter referred to as "DNS"), in its capacity as data controller within the meaning of European Regulation No. 2016/679 (known as the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR") are for the purpose of:
- To enable registered professionals (hereinafter referred to as "members") to be informed of new concepts, technologies, solutions, uses and, ultimately, services relating to innovation in e-health, as well as on the applicable regulatory framework;
- To enable members as well as institutional partners of "G_NIUS" to share information with other members (news, projects, etc.), in accordance with the general terms of use of the G_NIUS site.
In accordance with Article 6 of the RGPD, the legal basis for processing is the consent of data subjects who are members of the network or who fall under the institutional partners.
The data collected is used exclusively by the Déléguée au Numérique en Santé (DNS) and the Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS), as DNS's subcontractor, and is not communicated to third parties.
They are kept for a maximum of two years after the last contact between the platform and the person concerned.
In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, in particular the RGPD and the provisions relating to Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978 (amended Data Protection Act), persons whose personal data is collected have a right of access, rectification and deletion. The latter also benefit from a right to portability of their data as well as a right to erasure, enabling them to withdraw their consent at any time.
To exercise these rights, data subjects can contact the ANS Data Protection Officer at dpo@esante.gouv.fr. Finally, if individuals feel that their rights have not been respected, they can lodge a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL).
