Privacy Policy

The data processed within the framework of this internet site by the Ministerial eHealth Delegate (hereinafter referred to as the "DNS"), in her capacity as data controller within the meaning of European Regulation No. 2016/679 (known as the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"), are intended:

  • Enable registered professionals (hereinafter referred to as "members") to be informed of new concepts, technologies, solutions, uses and, in time, services relating to innovation in eHealth, as well as the applicable regulatory framework;
  • To enable members and institutional partners of "G_NIUS" to share information with other members (news, projects, etc.), in accordance with the general conditions of use of the G_NIUS site.

In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for the processing is the consent of the data subjects who are members of the network or who belong to the institutional partners.


The data collected are used exclusively by the eHealth Delegate (the DNS) and the Agence du Numérique en Santé (the ANS), as a data processor for the DNS, and are not communicated to third parties.


The data are retained for a maximum of two years after the last contact between the platform and the data subject.


Pursuant to the regulations applicable to data protection, in particular the GDPR and the provisions relating to the Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (the amended French Data Protection Act), persons whose personal data are collected have a right of access, rectification and removal. They also have a right to the portability of their data as well as a right to erasure, which allows them to withdraw their consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, data subjects can contact the Data Protection Officer of the ANS at the following address: dpo@esante.gouv.fr. Finally, if individuals feel that their rights have not been observed, they may file a complaint with the Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL) (the French Data Protection Authority).
