Following four calls for proposals launched in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025, and in line with ongoing initiatives, the projects sought must align with the following regional strategic priorities:
- To improve patients’ access to a continuum of care (focused on prevention and treatment);
- To address difficulties in accessing care; To help reduce social and regional health disparities;
- Enable healthcare professionals to implement new organizational structures, collaborations, or innovative practices;
- Facilitate coordination among stakeholders and interprofessional collaboration (delegation of tasks according to protocols validated by the HAS…);
- To promote training (e.g., simulation, etc.);
- To better involve patients, users, and caregivers in care pathways (patient experience);
- Or, more broadly, to foster innovation in regions by leveraging technological or digital tools in line with the Digital Health Roadmap, the "Digital health" acceleration strategy (France 2030), and consistent with the priorities and themes of the ARS IDF Regional Health Project (2023–2028).
Objectives of the Call for Projects
This call for projects aims to support organizational innovations underpinned by the use of digital or technological solutions that contribute to improving the working conditions of healthcare professionals and/or the care of patients and users of the healthcare system. The use of a new technological or digital solution (Big Data, medical devices, CE-marked connected devices, etc.) must benefit the organization of the piloting entity (or piloting entities) and contribute to improving the working conditions of healthcare professionals or the care provided to patients and users of the healthcare system. By leveraging organizational and technological innovation as a driver of transformation, priority will be given to the most coordinated and functionally integrated organizations that align with the priorities of Regional Health Project 3 across primary care, specialty care, social and medico-social support, and preventive services.
- Who is this call for proposals aimed at?
One or more pilot organizations in the Île-de-France region belonging to the following sectors:
- Healthcare facilities; Medical-social facilities; Legal entities operating a Group Practice Structure (Multidisciplinary Health Center or health center) or a group practice
- Others: Associations, CPTS, DACs, or local authorities leading a regional health project in partnership with a healthcare provider And a provider of innovative digital or technological solutions. This may include: a company (start-up, micro-enterprise, small-to-medium enterprise, large enterprise), an association, a laboratory, or an organization managing a healthcare facility.
The innovative digital solution must: either have already undergone a proof of concept and have a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) greater than 5, or have CE marking and/or be recognized as a Medical Device. A pilot organization represents the consortium in the context of the CFP.
- Timeline
The implementation of selected projects will last a maximum of two years from the signing of the funding agreement.

June 2, 2026, 2:00 PM: Response to the call for projects (no later than)
The week of September 1, 2026: Pitch day for shortlisted projects before the selection committee chaired by the General Directorate of the ARS IDF
October 2026: Selection and notification to the selected teams
