Launched within the framework of the Future Investments Programme (PIA), and more specifically the e-Health Challenges scheme (DSN), this call for expressions of interest (CEI) aims to improve care options (patient care and optimising the course of treatment) and to reduce the costs of health care in France. The CEI was proposed by the Grand Est BioValley France health cluster in response to the Digital Challenges launched by the French government in 2017. The first step of the DSN is to identify the areas of weakness and difficulty experienced by patients and health professionals in the field of eczema.
