I identify the specific requirements of my referencing specification file

These requirements imply an evolution of Information Systems in order to be compatible with the following core reference systems and services:

  • The National Health Identity (INS), enabling the secure exchange and sharing of healthcare data around a reference identity, up to date and common to all players: link to the GNIUS guided path
  • The DMP feed, resource of Mon Espace Santé allowing the transmission of documents to patients as well as sharing with authorized SPs: learn more about  DMP
  • The transmission via MSSanté of patient information within a care pathway logic: learn more about MSSanté
  • The integration of Pro Santé Connect for professional authentication in their IS: learn more about ProSanté Connect
  • Compliance with the Health IS Interoperability Framework (CI-SIS): learn more about CI-SIS
  • Health directory, enabling you to retrieve contact details for corresponding PS: learn more about annuaire Santé

For all the corridors, these IS must also meet a portability requirement enabling all the healthcare data and correspondent information they process to be made available.

In addition, specific requirements per corridor / type of software have also been defined and are mentioned in the DSR.

I take the referencing path to Mon espace santé in Convergence

  • I fill in the information expected in the Guided My Referencing approach.
  • I complete the orientation questionnaire, which displays the criteria applicable to my solution.
  • In Convergence, information and evidence concerning ethical criteria are expected. To fill them in, you'll need to use the Ecoscore tool. Please note: a technical profile is required to useEcoscore.
  • Once you've completed your questionnaires, you'll need to generate an evaluation file number and apply.
