Mon espacé santé is the user's digital health record containing his Dossier Medical Partagé (DMP), a secured health messaging (for receiving and exchanging health documents) and a catalog of state-approved applications.

Your solution must be able to interact with MES to feed:

• the DMP with healthcare documents produced by your solution,
• the diary with appointments made in your solution,
• etc.

Your solution can be referenced in the MES services catalog, enabling it to gain visibility and contribute to the fluidity of healthcare data exchanges.

The plan is to offer professionals a single access portal to the solutions they use, thus avoiding them having to make multiple connections: the bouquet de services. Eventually, your solution will need to be able to integrate with this BPS.

The e-parcours program tools coordinated territorial organizations (Coordination Support Device, Territorial Professional Health Communities...), to facilitate the coordination of professionals. Any solution that equips professionals involved in a user's care pathway will need to interact with e-parcours solutions. The same goes for any solution that collects information on the user's state of health (e.g. home monitoring).
