  These principles, to be taken into account right from the launch of your developments, are defined in the doctrine of digital health, published annually by the Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS).

Beyond the doctrine, the medico-social urbanization framework provides a better understanding of how your solution can interact with existing national, territorial and local digital solutions for the elderly, people with disabilities and people monitored at home.

If your solution is a medical device, you are subject to compliance with medical device regulations (Digital Medical Device)

If your solution uses and/or processes health data from users in the social and medico-social sector, you are subject to compliance with regulations relating to the processing of health data.
