08. I fill in the renewal form
Completing the renewal form
- I am contacted by GIE Sesam Vitale teams 2 months before the end of my referencing period to complete the renewal form
- I complete the form, indicating whether I have made any changes to the criteria entered in the initial assessment or to my service.
- If I have made any changes, I must declare the nature of the modifications and whether I am still compliant with the decree.
- My form is analyzed by the experts in charge of evaluating my file.
09. Opinion of the commission
Obtaining the opinion of the independent commission
- As with the initial referencing, my file goes before the referencing commission.
- I receive a favorable opinion
- My service is renewed for a period of two years, during which I will be evaluated, or in the case of a formalized alert by a third party.
