I send the F414 form to monserviceclient.developpement@esante.gouv.fr, copying monserviceclient.ror@esante.gouv.fr.

My application has been studied by the integration committee made up of DGOS, DGCS, DNS, CNSA, ARS and GRADeS. If I meet the conditions required to feed data into the national ROR, I receive a validation e-mail containing my opinion, my notification letter and the profile(s) selected.

I send a TEST IGC-santé certificate to the ROR program team

I feed in FHIR MEV3.0 format:
Once I've joined the circle of trust and received my IGC-Santé TEST certificate, I transmit the certificate's "subject DN" (e.g.: CN=CLIENT_TEST_RORN,OU=33333333333,O=GIP - TEST3012,ST=Paris (75),C=FR).

Data can be supplied to the national ROR either directly or via a regional EAI. These operating procedures depend on the region in which the establishment supplying the data is located.

I am applying for a legal representative card (F101)

I fill out the membership contract and legal representative card application (CA/F101)

The legal representative also orders CPA cards for technical administrators if he delegates certificate ordering.

The legal representative authorizes the technical administrators or, if he/she wishes, declares him/herself as the technical administrator.

To do this, he/she completes the certificate or performs the action on the My Authorizations portal

The technical administrators authorized in step 6 connect with their cards to the IGC Santé platform. They generate and download the certificate.
The certificate is the same for access to the test environment or the national ROR.

In the case of a proprietary solution, a certificate must be deployed for each instance of the application (establishment, GHT, ...) that feeds the national ROR

The technical administrators authorized in step 7 connect with their cards to the IGC Santé platform. They generate and download the certificate.
The IGC-Santé de prod certificate is used to consume PROD's National ROR.

I complete the administrative form available on the Convergence platform.

If my application is admissible is compliant, GIE SESAM-Vitale then sends me my personalized referencing file as well as the agreement to be signed

My application is admissible if:

• My digital solution complies with the technical doctrine of digital health at the levels expected by Mon espace santé.
• My digital solution is concerned by referencing. To find out if you are concerned, check on the I check if my digital service is concerned of the G_NIUS.

I complete the referencing request form and sign the agreement.
I officially enter the referencing process to the Mon espace santé service catalog.

• You will receive the test set of Vitale cards if Vitale card reading is to be implemented at your customers.

Important: CNDA will not issue you test CPx cards or test certificates. If you don't already have test cards or test certificates, or these last expire, you'll need to order some from the CNDA. To do this, consult the procedure for ordering these test products.

• You will find on your download area the latest version of the INSi package allowing you to run the INSi teleservice call tests in order to obtain authorization for your software.
