Multi-Terminology Server (SMT)
The SMT - Multi-Terminology Server is the CGTS's technical tool for disseminating and managing healthcare terminologies.
Getting started
A terminology is a set of terms specific to a professional field. Healthcare and medico-social professionals use many semantic resources and therefore many terminologies enabling their field's concepts to be defined. The Centre de Gestion des Terminologies de Santé (CGTS) is responsible for publishing these various semantic resources (terminologies, value sets, alignments) and the SMT in is the technical tool for disseminating and managing healthcare terminologies.
The SMT enables:
- Standardize the publication of terminologies via an institutional entry point for professionals and publishers
- Centralize the hostingand publication of terminologies
It features several tools such as a catalog of standardized terminologies based on semantic web criteria, the list of APIs available to communicate with the server, a training platform, a SPARQL (SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language) used to search for terminologies indexed in the SMT.
Find all these tools in the Documentation section.
