Does your solution contribute to any of the following missions or activities?
- User care (hospital, city, telemedicine, etc.)
- Medical-social follow-up of the person (medical-social establishments and services, coordination,...)
- Preventive actions
Is your solution used by one or more of the following categories of players?
- Health professionals (self-employed or salaried) and members of a care team. (the care team is a group of professionals who participate in care, medico-social follow-up or the coordination of several of these acts (article L1110-12 of the public health code)).
- Health establishments and services (whatever their status and the nature of their activity)
- Health care centers .
- Army health service
- Medico-social professionals, establishments or services
- MDPH teams (Maison Départementale des Personnes Handicapées)
- Health or medico-social coordination, shared practice or coordination structures (e.g. Groupement Hospitalier de Territoire (GHT), health networks, coordination support device (DAC),...)
