The Tiers Lieu service offering
The Tiers Lieu UNIREIN program is based on a collaborative and multidisciplinary vision (patients, caregivers, digital experts, start-ups) based on co-design to accompany useful, efficient and cost-effective digital solutions to market.
The solutions selected by the monitoring committee can be supported according to their needs: creation of co-construction boards, the search for funding, precise determination of functionalities and user interfaces, suitability for existing practices and technical platforms, concordance with all technical expectations, medico-economic relevance, single or multi-center clinical impact, adoption and accessibility studies, post-marketing clinical follow-up.
Tiers Lieu's strength will be its broad network of healthcare professionals and patients, enabling it to rapidly set up a project monitoring committee perfectly suited to the solution's theme and context.
Tiers Lieu projects
Project 1: eKidney
Supplier: Home Habilis
Solution: Home Habilis (TRL 5-6): eKIDNEy routinely determines excess water and 30 health indicators in patients with chronic kidney disease.
Need : eKidney is a connected medical platform for biological measurements at home or in the center. It provides diagnostic support, reduces the risk of complications, improves treatment tolerance and identifies imbalances.
The Third-Party Center's contribution: The Third-Party Center provides both the necessary expertise in renal pathologies and structuring support to steer the project and integrate it into current and future clinical practice. In addition, tiers-lieu enables us to maintain a 360°C vision of patient care, and to monitor all aspects of the digital health doctrine (interoperability, information system security in accordance with PGSSI-S, electronic identification, access to my health space and shared medical record in particular).
Project 2: Nephroguard
Supplier: Bio Logbook
Solution : Bio Logbook Healthcare (TRL 4) is a medical biology examination analysis software that detects biological imbalances early.
Need: The Néphroguard trial involves evaluating its performance in the early diagnosis of impaired renal function in at-risk patients, with patient involvement via a dedicated interface.
Third-Place Contribution: The Third-Place Experimentation is relevant to this project because of the consortium's medical expertise in Nephrology, access to biological data, the participation of patients and expert physicians in the co-development of the software module, in the recruitment of physicians and patients in the evaluation and performance tests, and the accompaniment of the third place for the co-design of the patient interface.
