What are SeER and DREETS?

The DREETS is the deconcentrated service of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery and the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Integration in the regions.

Missions

The Service économique de l'Etat en région (SeEr)accompanies the development of strategic industries for the State in the region (stimulus plan, acceleration strategies and France 2030), in particular the digital health industry, and animates territorial innovation policy.

I have a project. How can getting in touch with the SeEr help me?

Le Service économique de l'Etat en région (SeEr) :

  • Informs territorial ecosystems and project leaders about the financing schemes carried out by the Directorate General for Enterprise of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery;
  • Source projects that are structuring for regional territories and the national level;
  • Advises, guides and supports industrial investment project leaders;
  • Connects the project owner with partners in territorial ecosystems where necessary (ARS, Regions, economic development agencies, pôles de compétitivité, clusters, research and innovation institutes with strong scientific and economic potential....).

At what stage of my project should I contact you?

The SeEr supports companies engaged in research, development and innovation to foster their growth and competitiveness from the feasibility phase to the development and industrialization phase.
