GUIDE is a community dedicated to experimenting with innovation. It connects entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, researchers, and users to accelerate the design, testing, and deployment of innovative solutions that address real-world needs.

The GUIDE team supports projects both within the Groupement Hospitalier Bretagne Atlantique and those of external companies, particularly in the following areas:

• Sustainable development
• Management
• Patient Journey
• E-health

The team leads Irus Lab’, a living lab dedicated to innovation and training. Its missions are as follows:

• Identifying or fostering innovations
• Set up innovation projects and conduct experiments at facilities within the Brocéliande Atlantique Hospital Group (2 nursing homes, CH Bretagne Atlantique Vannes-Auray, CH Ploermel, CH Belle-Île-en-Mer, CH Josselin, EPSM St Avé, IFPS de Vannes)
• Assess impacts (acceptability and usage, organizational structures and practices)
• Designing assistive devices, prototypes, and 3D prints (Fab Lab)
• Facilitate a network of partners, as well as meetings and networking events
• Disseminate innovations

• To co-design with users and professionals
• To test their solution in real-world conditions
