GUIDE is a community dedicated to innovation experimentation. It connects entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals, researchers, and users to accelerate the design, testing, and deployment of innovative solutions that address real-world needs.

The GUIDE team supports projects within the Groupement Hospitalier Bretagne Atlantique and those of companies, particularly in the following areas:

• Sustainable development
• Management
• Patient journey
• E-health

The team leads Irus Lab’, a living lab dedicated to innovation and training. Its missions are as follows:

• Identifying or fostering innovations
• Developing innovation projects and conducting experiments at facilities within the Brocéliande Atlantique Hospital Group (2 nursing homes, CH Bretagne Atlantique Vannes-Auray, CH Ploermel, CH Belle-ile-en-mer, CH Josselin, EPSM St Avé, IFPS de Vannes)
• Assess impacts (acceptability and usage, organizational structures and practices)
• Designing assistive devices, prototypes, and 3D prints (Fab Lab)
• Facilitate a network of partners, meetings, and networking events
• Disseminate innovations
