What is TESIS?
TESIS e-santé has been growing for 20 years and is at the heart of the "digital transformation of the health system" in Reunion and Mayotte, based on the guidelines decided by the Reunion ARS and the Mayotte ARS.
On a regional scale, our teams are in direct contact with health establishments, social care establishments and services, carers and health stakeholders.
We are developing eHealth services to facilitate and secure the communication of medical information in Reunion and Mayotte, and we are helping healthcare providers ease in to new digital practices. Our aim is to provide them with the means to better care for, support and protect the privacy of users.
TESIS e-santé is:
- A non-profit organisation owned and governed by health stakeholders and whose actions are funded by the ARS of Reunion and Mayotte. The ARS, the ANS, the CGSS, the CSSM, the URPS and the Ordres are the main points of contact.
- An Indian Ocean (IO) GRADeS: Regional Support Group for eHealth found in each region.
Missions
TESIS e-santé supports the construction of projects aimed at the emergence of innovative digital solutions in the health sector. We are thus at the disposal of entrepreneurs and startup companies in the Indian Ocean region to facilitate contacts with healthcare providers, assess market potential, provide our expertise on the legal, technical, and business aspects of the healthcare sector (interoperability, norms, and standards) and help identify sources of funding.

Le GCS TESIS a réalisé une série de 5 webinaires à destination des professionnels de santé, pour comprendre les fondements de la e-santé et les innovations en 2022.
- Masanté.re est un portail d’information et de prévention en santé dédié au grand public réunionnais. Le portail est administré et hébergé par le GCS TESIS.
