What is French Tech?

"French Tech" is the term used to designate the movement of 25,000 French start-ups, present in France and internationally. It is often used to refer to start-ups and all the players in the ecosystem: investors, support structures, partners, etc.
.
It brings together the Mission French Tech, a public administration, responsible for supporting the structuring and growth of the ecosystem, in line with government priorities, and in the image and service of the French people. As well as a network of 15 French Tech Capitals and Communities in France and abroad made up of 1400 volunteers responsible for animating the local ecosystem.

Mission French Tech presentation

I have a project. How can getting in touch with French Tech help me?

Do you have a business start-up project? Would you like to be supported by entrepreneurs and a network of expert correspondents?

  • The Capitales et Communautés French Tech are real gateways for French start-ups, to the French Tech ecosystem. They are present throughout France and in 52 countries, they federate the innovation players in their territory and mobilize them on common initiatives, in line with the challenges of the Mission French Tech and according to the local priorities of their ecosystem.

The Capitales French Tech operate a program aimed at all entrepreneurs:

  • The French Tech Central provides local accompaniment for start-ups thanks to an organized offer from public services and private partners to meet the concrete needs of entrepreneurs, and aimed at all start-ups. This program translates into the physical installation, on a permanent or ad hoc basis, of government representatives who are part of the réseau des Correspondants French Tech, or private partners in the totem locations of the Capitales French Tech.

Do you have sales? Have you raised funds or come up with a breakthrough innovative solution? You can benefit from government support:

  • The Mission French Tech offers two support programs dedicated to the growth of innovative technology start-ups:
  1. French Tech Next40 / 120, for the 120 most successful French start-ups, across all sectors, with the capacity to become global rand leaders.
  2. French Tech 2030, for 125 emerging innovation players who meet the challenges of industrial technological sovereignty and society in connection with the investment themes of the France 2030 plan. This program combines the expertise of Mission French Tech, Bpifrance and the Secrétariat général pour l'investissement.

Selected start-ups benefit from financial and extra-financial support coordinated by a Mission French Tech start-up manager in liaison with the entire ecosystem and French Tech Correspondents in the various administrations.
