• Defines and implements the digital health strategy, in coordination with other departments and divisions within the ministries responsible for social affairs and in consultation with the ecosystem;
• Leads digital transformation initiatives in healthcare, including the digital health roadmap, the Ségur du numérique, and the "Digital health" acceleration strategy;
• Provides close oversight of the ANS;
• Chairs the Digital Health Council, which involves all stakeholders in setting the broad directions of digital health policy;
• Chairs the Digital Health Ethics Committee to ensure its work is grounded in humanistic values;
• Serves as the point of contact for European and international initiatives on digital health.
