Financial compensation for early digital takeover
Remote monitoring medical devices
Financial compensation for manufacturers (technical package) is monthly and non-cumulative. As the interest of the medical device supported in PECAN has not yet been demonstrated, compensation is set per patient on the basis of the technical package used under common law for a medical device with an organizational interest from 50 € TTC.
This amount is degressive with respect to the average monthly active file of patients who have benefited from the management of a remote medical monitoring activity for the same indication classification based on ICD-11 level 2. The number of patients in the active file refers to all manufacturers included in PECAN or LATM.
The care team carrying out the telemonitoring activity receives a fixed fee (operator package) based on tarifs de droit commun.
Good to know: Unless otherwise stipulated in the General Tax Code, the applicable VAT rate is the standard rate (20%).

Digital therapies (DTx) :
Financial compensation for therapeutic digital medical devices is set per patient as follows:
- Initial package (1st quarter): 435 € inc. tax
- Then €38.3 incl. tax per month from the 4th month onwards, adjustable pro rata according to billing frequency .
- For a maximum total of 780 € incl. VAT per year
No remuneration for healthcare professionals is provided.
