As part of France 2030,the "Digital Health" acceleration strategy is launching a third wave of calls for projects to fund 35 Experimental Third-Party Places and 100 experiments by 2026.

All healthcare structures(healthcare or medico-social, public or private, city-based or institutional) as well as innovation players (integrating a healthcare or medico-social structure) can apply to become "Third-Party Experimentation Places".

These Third-Party Places will be funded for:

  • Test the use of new digital healthcare services in real life and benefit from user feedback (impact, acceptability, ergonomics, etc.);
  • Conduct user needs studies;
  • Measure the medico-economic benefits of the solutions tested;
  • Accompany the deployment and market access of solutions that have proven their impact;
  • Associate the professionals and people concerned in the co-design of solutions.

Tiers-Lieux d'expérimentation selected by this call for projects will be eligible for funding:

  • An envelope dedicated to the animation of the experimentation third place;
  • A specific envelope enabling them to co-finance the experimentation of digital solutions.

35 Tiers-Lieux d'Expérimentation will thus be selected between 2022 and 2024, according to 3 successive waves of calls for projects, and 100 experimentations are targeted by 2026.

The call for projects is open until June 14, 2024.
