This European edition of Apéros Innovation is dedicated to collaborations between university hospitals and startups. It is co-organized by the AP-HP’s initiative@Hôtel-Dieu and the EUHA’s Innovation Working Group.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn about:

• entry points for working with a university hospital
• the approaches and priorities of several major European institutions regarding open innovation
• concrete examples of collaboration with startups
• the timelines, regulatory challenges, and procurement constraints that companies may face
• the factors that contribute to a successful collaboration
• opportunities to test and roll out an innovation across several European countries

In addition, the event will feature presentations by representatives from 11 European university hospitals.
