The Tiers Lieu service offering

The eSPoir laboratory proposes four mobilizable bricks:

  • A primary care Health Data Warehouse, equipped with a technological platform
  • A clinical inclusion platform in general practice, coordinating access to the practitioner and including digital tooling from pre-screening to inclusion
  • Patient-reported data (design and collection of clinical and quality-of-life patient questionnaires)
  • Access to the expertise of a community of patients and practitioners.

These bricks are inserted into a clear and legible five-stage support path.

It brings together the organizational and technological expertise of ipso santé medical practices with the methodological and clinical expertise of the MOODS team (INSERM) to bring out digital solutions integrating a holistic (somatic and psychic) approach to these issues.

Tiers Lieu projects

Project: HOPCARD

Supplier: Biosency

Solution: Biosency has developed a medical device associated with a digital solution that improves the management of patients with cardio-respiratory insufficiency, integrating automated analysis of clinical data thanks to an early detection score for BVS exacerbations, to optimize monitoring of patient progress at home and facilitate the coordination of healthcare professionals. This project will enhance its performance and adapt its use in general practice.

Third-Party Contribution : The startup Biosency has developed a connected medical device to prevent decompensations in patients with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease). The HOPCARD project aims at its deployment in primary care with an adaptation and personalization of predictive scores, as well as quality of life monitoring.

Project: TNSM-Access

Supplier : HelloBetter

Solution : HelloBetter offers a set of digital mental health therapies, based on validated therapeutic principles (in particular, a practical implementation of cognitive-behavioral therapies) in the form of online and mobile modules. Their effectiveness on 6 pathologies has already been demonstrated in Germany, but needs to be adapted to the French context.

Tiers-Lieu's contribution: HelloBetter offers a set of digital mental health therapies whose effectiveness has already been demonstrated in Germany. The TNSM-Access project aims to transfer this effectiveness to the French context through adaptation and clinical validation. It begins with the application dedicated to stress and burnout and insomnia.

Project: eSPoir-endo

Supplier: Lyv

Solution: Lyv app is a digital therapy enabling patients to understand endometriosis and become actors in their disease. It offers a program to help reduce symptoms, prevent their chronicization and the overuse of painkillers, and restore patients' quality of life.

Third-Party Contribution: The Lyv mobile app is a multidisciplinary program dedicated to endometriosis. The diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of endometriosis are crucial issues that will move from expert hospital centers to GP practices in the coming years. The project proposes a city-hospital clinical validation approach to accelerate this dynamic.
