I make sure that I have transmitted the "subject DN" of the IGC-Santé TEST certificate (e.g.: "CN=CLIENT_TEST"): CN=CLIENT_TEST_RORN,OU=33333333333,O=GIP - TEST3012,ST=Paris (75),C=FR) to the ROR Program team (see step 3) at monserviceclient.ror@esante.gouv.fr.

The ROR Program team sends me the detailed steps to connect to the Sandbox.

If my tests are validated by the ANS (via a dedicated point):
I transmit the "subject DN" of my IGC Health certificate from PROD.

The ROR team then configures my connection to the national production ROR

I must also send the ANS theupdated list of establishments that supply me with data so that they can be authorized to write to the associated certificate: List of establishments supplying data via regional EAI or SAAS solution
I can regularly update the list of establishments that supply me with data via monserviceclient.ror@esante.gouv.fr

I must also transmit to the ANS the certificates of the establishments that supply me with data so that they can be included in the white list of the national ROR: List of establishments supplying data via proprietary solution.
I can regularly update the list of establishments as well as their public certificates that supply me with data via monserviceclient.ror@esante.gouv.fr

The ANS sends me the URL for feeding the national ROR and confirmation of :

• inclusion of my certificate in the ROR whitelist, for regional EAI or SAAS solutions;
• inclusion of the certificates of the establishments concerned in the ROR whitelist, for proprietary solutions.

Until this operation is carried out, I cannot connect to the APIs of the national ROR.

As soon as the certificate(s) is (are) included in the white list of the national ROR, I provide the data for the establishments concerned.

If I consume FHIR MEV 3.0:

• I transmit the "subject DN" of my IGC Santé certificate from PROD.

If I consume CSD MEV 2.4 :

• I transmit the public key of my PROD IGC Santé certificate.

The ROR team then configures my connection to the national production ROR.

This process takes 5 working days.

• I carry out the technical tests to connect to the APIs and send a acceptance file to the referencing process test team:
  • My file is satisfactory: I receive the terms and conditions for testing the connection to the Mon espace santé APIs in order to validate the integration of my solution.
  • My application is unsatisfactory: I start again and/or carry out additional tests

• Have a favorable opinion from the referencing commission, with data exchange authorized for certain purposes. The referencing window is the same via the Mon espace santé guided path on the Convergence platform;
• Pass technical connection tests, demonstrating their ability to use programming interfaces in a compliant manner;
• Get patient consent for data exchanges in Mon espace santé.
