The Tiers lieu service offering
The Cap'Habilis Tiers-Lieu proposes a modular offer adapted to each customer segment in order to improve support for beneficiaries by promoting innovation, proposing levers for self-determination, strengthening the power to act of people with disabilities for greater autonomy and inclusion, through a four-pronged approach:
- Experiment
- Test innovative solutions with patients and people supported in UGECAM's Ile-de-France establishments: focus group, ideation, feasibility study of use and impact
- Evaluate
- Measure the impact and effectiveness of devices: CML santé, MDS score, quali/quanti ethics and acceptability...
Accompany - Support players in their transformation: methodological assistance, project acceleration (CE marking), communication and dissemination

Tiers lieu d'expérimentation projects
Project 1: Complex rehabilitation pathway
Supplier: EzyGain
Solution: EzyGain develops connected rehabilitation equipment (treadmill, virtual reality module...) implemented today in SMRs, EHPADs or at home.
Need : in order to meet the needs of patients in HAD-R (hospitalization at home specialized in rehabilitation) and in particular post-stroke patients or those with multiple sclerosis, the aim is to test these products and demonstrate their contribution in a rehabilitation program combining in-person and remote modes.
Ugecam contribution : contribution of its expertise in defining the experimentation protocols, defining the patient cohort, and evaluating and valorizing the results.
The project begins in July 2023for a 2-year duration.
