The Tiers Lieu service offering
It brings together the expertise of all its components to offer a unique platform for testing under real-life conditions.
Covering all pathways from city to hospital and from hospital to city, with regulatory, project management and digital inputs to optimize fit with need and validate its business model.
The program aims to provide digital healthcare companies in particular with:
- Co-design: workshop facilitation, interviews with end-users (patients, healthcare professionals...) to qualify the need through to prototyping;
- Experimental use in real-life conditions:
- small cohort of users targeted on social and medical criteria;
- Statistically significant cohort to prove the fitness for use of innovations.
- Medico-Socio-Economic studies: evaluation of the benefits of innovations on all aspects following CNEDiMTS evaluation principles.
The Tiers Lieu CARE Alsace draws on technical, regulatory, clinical and medical expertise, health economics, usage evaluation and citizen access and CML methodologies.
