Agile in open and collaborative innovation methods as well as living Lab approaches, i-Care LABhelps innovative projects find the structuring conditions necessary for the emergence, co-development and experimentation of new healthcare solutions. i-Care LAB relies on a rich ecosystem that brings together multidisciplinary professionals from a wide range of fields.

By facilitating the highlighting of healthcare issues, networking and the identification of innovation opportunities, i-Care LAB enables everyone to contribute to imagining the healthcare of tomorrow!

Since 2016, i-Care LAB has organized an open innovation marathon, Hacking Health Lyon and recently created a community designed to bring together healthcare innovators, We Care LAB.

i-Care LAB works on 3 key segments in the development of a healthcare solution:

• Identification/Definition/Ideation: Using immersion, design thinking and rapid prototyping methods, we support you in exploring healthcare issues, targeting challenges and stabilizing possible solutions;
• Experimentation: The proof of concept for your solution is underway or complete. You want to test your solution in real-life situations and adapt it before bringing it to market and putting it into production? i-Care LAB helps you test your proposal by coordinating and mobilizing the various stakeholders throughout the research and innovation process. We support you and our partners in living lab santé mode, working with you to ensure the experimental deployment of your solution;
• Valorisation: Thanks to our presence in the healthcare network and our partnerships with committed organizations, we mobilize for regional projects that have a significant and innovative impact on healthcare. Through specific actions such as trade shows and conferences in France and abroad, we enable you to highlight the experiential value of your solution in the healthcare environment. More than just enhancing the value of a product, i-Care LAB helps you present innovative solutions in situ, seeking to reinforce the use value and benefits for healthcare organizations and/or users.
