What is GRADeS e-santé Occitanie?
As the ARS's preferred operator and a Public Interest Group, the Groupement Régional d'Appui au Développement de la e-santé (GRADeS) promotes the use of digital services in the territories, supports local digital health projects and plays a role in coordinating and federating the region's players around the regional e-health strategy.
Missions
The GRADeS pursues three missions in particular:
- Accompany professionals in the use of digital healthcare solutions useful for their business practices,
- Provide expertise and advice to regional players for their e-health projects,
- Contribute to regional and national work on the urbanization, interoperability and security of Healthcare Information Systems.

GRADeS e-santé Occitanie funds projects?
The GRADeS e-santé Occitanie does not directly fund projects. It implements projects funded by the ARS for the benefit of healthcare and medico-social professionals and operators, and users, as part of the regional e-health strategy.

Is there a charge for GRADeS e-santé Occitanie services?
The vast majority of services are funded by ARS Occitanie, so there is no cost to users.
Can GRADeS e-santé Occitanie provide individual support for my project?
GRADeS may participate in the development of cooperative ventures between its members in the field of digital health and, in this context, carry out projects not directly stemming from the regional e-health strategy, as long as they are consistent with it and do not penalize its implementation.
GRADeS also supports local and territorial cooperation projects, particularly when these include the use of one or more of the digital health services carried by the organization.
