What is GRADeS in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region?

The Regional Consortium for the Development of e-Health (GRADeS) in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté (BFC) was established on January 1, 2020. It is the result of the merger of the Bourgogne and Emosist (Franche-Comté) e-Health Health Cooperation Consortia (GCS).

GRADeS BFC participates in the development and implementation of the regional e-health strategy led by the BFC Regional Health Agency (ARS) in conjunction with the common framework for digital health services. 

Its mission is to support and implement national and regional e-health projects and services across the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region.
It provides project management support on behalf of its members, who are healthcare stakeholders in the health and medico-social sectors, both public and private.
  

🎯 Tasks

GRADeS Bourgogne-Franche-Comté leads projects and oversees the deployment, interoperability, and security of health information systems at the regional level. It coordinates and brings together regional stakeholders around the regional e-health strategy, promotes the use of digital health services across the region, and provides expertise to regional stakeholders.
It also implements innovative services and projects in partnership with national or regional institutional stakeholders, or on behalf of healthcare providers in the region, provided that the projects align with the regional e-health strategy.
It participates in the development and implementation of the regional e-health strategy led by the ARS BFC in conjunction with the common framework for digital health services.
GRADeS is an accredited training organization and a key player in e-health training. It is an accredited Health Data Host and operator of the Secure Health Messaging System (MS Santé).
