The AIP federates players and develops expertise for the benefit of innovation. It implements a global approach to the challenges of aging, and translates it into the health, medico-social, social and economic fields.

The Burgundy-Franche-Comté AIP, whose pillars are research, training, the silver economy and communication, has the following missions:

• Strengthen public-private cooperation in innovation and research & development, between entrepreneurs, users, researchers, healthcare and autonomy professionals and institutional players and public authorities.
• Accelerates the development and deployment of innovations co-constructed with target users and scientifically evaluated.
• Enriches and shares knowledge on the challenges of demographic transition and on conclusive, promising, or missing responses to the needs of older people, caregivers and professionals.
