What is the Direction Générale des Entreprises?
As part of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Recovery, the Direction Générale des Entreprises (DGE) designs and implements public policies that contribute to business development.
Missions
Within the Direction Générale des Entreprises, the Sub-Directorate for the Health, Consumer Goods and Agri-food Industries (SD-ISBCA) proposes, implements and evaluates policies for the health (pharmaceutical industry, health technologies, related industries or services), fashion, luxury and consumer goods industries. It participates in the Economic Committee for Health Products and in actions to regulate health expenditure.
For the ISBCA sub-directorate, the main health projects are: "relocation of health industries", "market access for health products", "bioproduction in health", "medical devices plan", and "health data ecosystem". These projects change according to health and economic priorities and are subject to reconfiguration.
I have a project, how can contacting DGE be of use to me?
The Direction Générale des Entreprises has a team within its industry department specialising in the health industries. This team's role is to steer public policies, not to provide individualised support for project leaders.
We invite you to first contact the regional services (DREETS) for more personalised support on a project that is regional in scale or undergoing development.
At what stage of my project should I contact them?
For projects at the ideation, prototyping or validation stage, we invite you to contact the DREETS in your region.
The DGE team that specialises in health industries will be the relevant contact only for projects at the production-scaling stage and which are national or European in scope.
- Antoine Delattre : antoine.delattre@finances.gouv
- Louis-Samuel Pilcer : louis-samuel.pilcer@finances.gouv.fr
