• Pilot and monitor the Innovation santé 2030 plan (the health component of France 2030, with a budget of €7.5 billion): actions, research programs, funding granted to support excellence in highly innovative healthcare products, enhance France's attractiveness, promote market access and create solid, productive and sustainable cooperations between public and private players;
• Anticipate innovations through work carried out on healthcare foresight in order to define the healthcare system's future needs, anticipate their impact on the prevention and care system, the ways in which they can be integrated, and identify research priorities;
• Accelerate and transform the various existing processes to enable innovations to be made available effectively and rapidly to patients and healthcare professionals, from basic research through to dissemination (technology transfer, attractiveness of clinical research, mobilization of purchasing leverage, etc.);
• Support innovative and high-impact projects considered strategic, starting with start-ups from the FT's Health20 program and the French Tech 2030 program.

The Agence de l'innovation en santé has set up individualized support for innovative project leaders, whatever their stage of development. Three programs have been launched, depending on the needs or difficulties encountered:

• Priority Access: For treatments or technological solutions that need to go through an established regulatory process;
• Outside the framework : To support disruptive innovations that do not fit into the current framework (regulatory, cultural, organizational or financial) and for which adaptations are required;
• Scaling up: To enable innovations that have proven their effectiveness and usefulness for patients, the organization of care or the healthcare system, to be deployed more rapidly and competitively in France and internationally.
