Assistance with project planning and support

  • Support for protection and promotion.
  • Support for financing (maturation) and incubation.
  • Customized "onboarding" training module.
  • Modeling the projected path for definition, evaluation, and transfer.

GSN Team Roster

The TLE GSN team consists of:

  • a project manager,

The Tiers lieu Experimentation Projects

Project 1: IMASMART

Supplier: Spin-off from Poitiers University Hospital 

Solution: IMASMART, a functional digital solution (TRL 4) that enables early detection of Alzheimer’s disease through the analysis of everyday smartphone usage.

Need: Medical Device Classification, Startup Creation, and Support.

Contribution of the Tiers-Lieu: Networking/Funding for support structures for medical device classification, startup structuring, and ISO 13485 Quality Management
System (QMS)  

Project 2: SLEEP SCAN (SOMNO ENGINEERING)

Supplier: Spin-off of Poitiers University Hospital 

Solution: Recording of brain activity to monitor the sleep quality of patients in intensive care and determine whether they are asleep or awake, thereby avoiding waking them for non-urgent procedures. Expected market launch: 2025.

Need: Support for clinical trials.

Contribution of the Tiers-lieu: Assistance in setting up clinical trials and conducting health economic evaluations as part of the technical dossier for CE marking.
 

Project 3: NOMAD REHAB

Provider: Association Melioris / https://www.melioris-association.fr/les-etablissements/melioris-le-grand-feu-C28.html


Solution: Innovative pilot project to design customized assistive devices for people with disabilities or those experiencing a loss of independence.
 

Need: Support and guidance for the overall project.


Contribution of the Tiers-Lieu: Development of new technologies in connection with the core units of the PPRIME–CERCA site; regulatory expertise, particularly regarding medical devices; medical-economic evaluation of the project: financing, business model.
