Convergence is the national platform of the Digital Health Agency, which helps e-health stakeholders comply with regulations and accelerate their development. It centralizes access to some 30 service portals, organized by initiative (Ségur, CaRE, HospiConnect, Certification of Digital Medical Devices, etc.).

Convergence allows you to apply for several referencing and certification programs:

• Ségur Digital Health Initiative (Phase 1 without funding and Phase 2)
• Certification of compliance for digital medical devices
• Pro Santé Connect Trusted Platform
• “Mon espace santé” Service Catalog
• Teleconsultation Information Systems

After logging in to Industriels Santé Connect (iSC), a Digital Health Company can submit multiple applications on Convergence for one or more products across the various pathways.

Within Convergence, eCaRE is the space dedicated to you:

• You can access the programs for which your facility is eligible
• You can submit your application there
• You can track its progress
• You can submit your supporting documents
• You’ll receive funding to enhance your institution’s security

You can also assess your facility’s readiness for electronic identification. From the dedicated portal in Convergence, you can conduct a self-assessment, track your progress, and use this self-assessment as part of your HospiConnect journey.
