To make your solution visible to all French people on Mon espace santé submit your referencing application. Referencing is based on verification of your solution's compliance with technical, interoperability, security and ethical criteria. Your application must include the reference of your declaration of conformity made on Convergence. The Mon espace santé pathway has been open on Convergence since December 2021.
In accordance with the law, prevention, diagnosis, care or social and medico-social follow-up services will be able to offer exchanges with Mon espace santé, subject to the user's consent.

APIs for exchanges with Mon espace santé will be published over time. The first batch is scheduled for spring with the Matching API (connection and consent), the Measurement API (weight, height, BMI, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood sugar, temperature, heart rate, pain level) in read and write and the Agenda API in read and write. This will be followed by write access to the Document API and read access to the Documents API. These packages have been defined according to the criticality of the data exchanged. As the APIs are opened up over time, the applicable security requirements will evolve in line with the first exchanges to be implemented. Eventually, any service applying for referencing that produces or manages summary data concerning the user's health, in formats managed by Mon espace santé, will have to offer the user the option of writing this data in Mon espace santé.

Pending publication of these exchange interfaces, services with a vocation to offer data exchange are invited to apply now! These services may be referenced if they comply with the requirements, and will offer their users the opportunity to exchange data with Mon espace santé in a second phase.
