Version 2021.01 of the Vaccination component describes 2 document templates:

• The vaccination note (in CDA R2 level 3 format) which, in particular, lists the vaccines administered to a patient, vaccination recommendations and vaccination refusals;
• The vaccination history (in CDA R2 level 3 format) which consolidates, for a patient, all vaccinations performed.
