As part of their partnership, the French Digital Health Agency and Inria are organizing two meetups dedicated to natural language processing (NLP) in healthcare, which will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2026, and Tuesday, September 29, 2026.

These events aim to promote exchanges between academic and industrial players around concrete and innovative use cases of NLP applied to the healthcare field.

A call for applications is open to involve digital health companies with expertise in NLP in facilitating the meetings and sharing feedback.

The topics covered will include caregiver-patient communication, the use of LLMs in clinical trials and mental health, risk prevention and analysis tools, and the challenges of frugality and reproducibility of solutions.

Interested companies are invited to apply by downloading the application form available at https://industriels.esante.gouv.fr/actualites/appel-candidatures-meet-up-nlp-avril-2026 and returning it, once completed, to innovation@esante.gouv.fr by March 6, 2026, at the latest.
