What is ATIH?
The ATIH is a center of expertise that plays a key role in the collection and analysis of medico-economic data from healthcare establishments. It also manages funding schemes for establishments, publishes studies on hospital costs and is responsible for the development and maintenance of healthcare nomenclatures.
Missions
- Collect, host and analyze healthcare facility data (human resources, costs, organization and quality of care...);
- Technically manage the financing arrangements for facilities (calculation of annual hospital tariffs...) ;
- Conductstudies on the costs of health and medico-social establishments (steering studies, annual publication of hospital costs...);
- Develop and maintain health nomenclatures (International Classification of Diseases (ICD), Common Classification of Medical Acts (CCAM)...).
