In July 2019, Leem created a "transverse expert" commission to strengthen the efficiency and transparency of its work on digital, data and new healthcare technologies. In consultation with its members, the "Digital, Data and New Technologies" Commission has defined 3 priority areas:
- Foster the development of digital culture and skills within healthcare companies, via the creation of the Academy of Digital Health;
- Build and promote a common vision and position aimed at fostering the role and place of pharmaceutical companies in digital health, which involves the drafting of a white paper "Leem's commitment to digital" and studies on the levers that can encourage the scaling up of digital health projects...;
- Ensure the integration of drug-related issues in the implementation and exploitation of health data, which translates into various works on health data, including participation in the structuring of the Health Data Hub.
