Find out more about the CFP
Announced by the Minister of Health and Access to Care, Yannick Neuder, at the Artificial Intelligence Summit on February 11, 2025, this CFP is part of France 2030's "Digital health" acceleration strategy (SASN).
It aims to evaluate under real conditions the organizational, usage and adoption impacts linked to the deployment of DMNs, including those with artificial intelligence, in healthcare establishments in order to enable their deployment on a larger scale so that patients can benefit from rapid access to useful digital innovations. This approach will make it possible to improve the data available on the impact of an innovation during its deployment. To this end, the results of impact studies will be made available to the community of healthcare establishments with the support of ANAP.
Open to healthcare establishments (health or medico-social, public or private) wishing to acquire an innovative DMN and demonstrate the benefit and impact of its deployment on the user's care and/or follow-up pathway, this call for projects will fund projects with a total budget of €300,000 to €1,200,000 over a period of 12 to 24 months.
The application deadline for the first Shift is July 8, 2025; a second Shift is scheduled for December 2, 2025.
Questions about submitting the application can be addressed to Bpifrance at strategies-acceleration@bpifrance.fr
