What is the Digital Service Centre of the SSA?
The Digital Service Centre of the Armed Forces Health Service (SSA) is divided into two services: Digital Factory and LabSSA, to support you in accelerating the design and development of health innovations within the SSA.
The LabSSA allows you to quickly find solutions to the search for trial sites, expertise, and academic, technological or industrial partners. It aims to help players in their proposals for innovations in the broadest sense: Medical devices, technologies, connected objects, global care services, distribution channels and care solutions.
The Digital Factory allows for the development of digital solutions (applications) in a limited time for up-scaling or integration into an Information System (IS) of the Armed Forces Health Service (SSA). These solutions are designed by and for users to meet an identified need.
The main objective of the SSA's Digital Service Centre is to provide innovative answers to everyday problems.

If you are developing a tool related to military and civilian health, the SSA’s digital service allows you to:
- Outline the project (analysis of needs and end-users, establishing contact with the relevant players)
- Benefit from the know-how of our teams
- Access to the Digital Factory - LabSSA network and get support from the entire innovation ecosystem of the Digital Factory - LabSSA
- Earn official recognition from the Armed Forces Health Service (SSA)
- Promote your project through communications
- Link together trial sites.
At what stage of my project should I contact them?
- As early as the preliminary design phase
- At the time the application is filed to access the project’s implementation
- At the end of the project in order to have it approved within the SSA
J'ai un projet, en quoi entrer en contact avec le centre de service numérique du SSA m'est utile ?
Vous développez un outil en rapport avec la santé militaire et civile, le service numérique du SSA vous permet de :
- Cadrer le projet : analyse du besoin et des utilisateurs finaux, mise en relation avec les acteurs compétents ;
- Bénéficier du savoir-faire de nos équipes ;
- Accéder au réseau de la Digital Factory - LabSSA et d’être appuyé par l’ensemble de l’écosystème de l’innovation de la Digital Factory - LabSSA ;
- Bénéficier d’une labellisation Service Santé des Armées (SSA) ;
- Mettre en valeur votre projet par le biais d’un relais de communication ;
- Lier des terrains d’expérimentation.
Le LabSSA permet de trouver rapidement des solutions à la recherche de terrain d’expérimentations, d’expertises, de partenaires académiques, technologiques ou industriels. Il vise à aider les acteurs dans leurs propositions d’innovations au sens large : dispositifs médicaux, technologies, objets connectés, services de prise en charge globales, filières et offres de soins.
La Digital Factory permet de développer des solutions numériques (applicatives) dans un temps limité à des fins d’industrialisation ou d’intégration dans un Système Informatique (SI) du Service de Santé des Armée. Ces solutions sont pensées par et pour les utilisateurs afin de répondre à un besoin identifié.

- Dès la phase de réflexion en avant-projet ;
- Au moment du dépôt du dossier pour accéder la mise en œuvre du projet ;
- En fin de projet afin d’homologuer votre projet au sein du SSA.

La Digital Factory - LabSSA propose, selon les projets, un accompagnement complet : ressources humaines, technologiques et financières.
