Entrepreneurs need to be informed about the challenges and characteristics of foreign settings in order to save time when building their international development strategies

  • Partners (federations, unions, etc.) who can have access to feedback and content

Issue

This action is aimed at informing entrepreneurs about the challenges and characteristics of foreign settings in order to save time when building their international development strategies.

The objectives of this action include:

  • Identify the key players and the characteristics specific to each country, from perspectives including regulations, public policy, market access, financing, etc.
  • Gradually set up services offering various conditions which will be based on:
  1. Online services offered by G_NIUS (self-supporting content, directory of actors etc.)
  2. Partnerships with institutional structures in charge of the international development of French companies (Business France, French Healthcare, EIT Health, French Tech, etc.)
  3. Partnerships with structures equivalent to G_NIUS in other countries.

Description

Innovators' thoughts on international deployment often come late, whereas a better understanding of the issues and actions to be taken would make it possible to anticipate and optimize the work required to develop outside France.
